Our Team Leaders
Born and raised in North Vancouver, Brenden’s working career has always involved the improvement of local infrastructure.
His passion for the Civil Construction Industry began at a very early age when his father, Bryan Zellinsky would take him to job sites and show him the in’s and out's of road construction. This exposure not only gave him insight into the industry but an invaluable importance in learning the values of hard work, ethics and respect.
Having dedicated 10 years to one of the North Shore local mountains Brenden learned all aspects of the mountains operations, maintenance and customer service. This work experience led him to achieve his Heavy Duty Mechanic Certification. With growth came new opportunities and he was recruited by Metro Vancouver for the Twin Tunnel Project as the Maintenance Supervisor; working alongside the Tunnelling Superintendent.
He was then approached by his brother and father (who had recently formed Gravity Construction) to join on and take on a leadership role.
He has worked hard to learn every aspect of the industry and business facets, and has recognized a need to grow the business to meet the demands of their clients.
His persistence, forward thinking and drive continues to push Gravity Construction to succeed and become an important and proud landmark within the Civil Construction Industry; leaving a legacy for his children.
Operations Manager/Site Superintendent
Justin Zellinsky has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. He expressed an interest in the trades at an early age. His father Bryan Zellinsky was his mentor. Throughout his career he has worked in landscaping, carpentry, pipe laying, road construction, concrete and stone masonry.
Justin attended Capilano University where he studied Mathematics, Economics, and Geography. In 2006, he founded Gravity Construction with his father. He is currently working towards his Red Seal Certification.
Justin is a proactive problem solver. He excels at building successful relations with multiple clients in various projects. In his role as Operations Manager at Gravity Construction, Justin fosters an environment of teamwork. He values his commitment to health and safety. Justin is passionate about building Gravity to become a leading Civil Construction company.
